Because this workshop is not just about HOW to coach, but more importantly, how to DESIGN a coaching program, it is helpful to have people present who are actually empowered to make decisions about the direction and design of the instructional coaching program.

* All workshop materials, including the creation of a comb-bound physical Instructional Coaching Handbook/Playbook that will be created by each participating district/organization, as well as coordinating digital files
* Continental "grab-and-go" breakfast each morning.

Timeline

Early bird applications, along with full payment of $1245, are due by March 15, 2022, to receive the reduced rate
Confirmation of acceptance will be sent to applicants by email by May 1, 2022
Balance of payment is due by May 15, 2022

Continuing Education Units and Graduate Credits

Agile Ideas Leadership will issue a certificate for 24 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for all participants completing the workshop. Contact us for more information.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All participant cancellations must be submitted to the Agile Ideas Leadership (AIL) in written form by emailing your request for cancellation to info@agileideasleadership.com. If you do not receive a confirmation that we have received your written cancellation request, please call us at 1-507-313-0709. Verbal cancellation requests will not be honored. Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival day (day 1) of the workshop will receive program fee payments refunded to issuer. Cancellations between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival day (day 1) will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival day (day 1) will receive no refund. Transfer to a later workshop/event date can be arranged for a fee of $100. Participants are advised to purchase trip insurance, as Agile Ideas Leadership does not cover any costs incurred for bookings of hotels, transportation, etc.

Note on COVID

​Agile Ideas Leadership is regularly monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the US State Department regarding the most up to date travel recommendations, health warnings, and suggestions for prevention. We are committed to sharing this information with our participants as best we can, and are continuously evaluating how Coronavirus (COVID-19) may impact our programming. We want to keep everyone as safe as possible! If you test positive for Covid-19 within 14 days of the start date of your workshop or AIL event, submit an official copy of your test results and your participant fee will be 100% transferred to a future AIL event of your choice within the next two years (note: payment can only be applied to program fee, not to hotel, transportation, etc.)​.
